STEP 1 : Submit Your Application

Visit the official Asia Records website and complete the Record Application Form.

Provide essential details, including:

  1. Proposed record title
  2. Name of the individual or organization attempting the record
  3. Date and location of the attempt
  4. Brief description of how the record will be carried out

STEP 2 : Application Review & Eligibility Check

Our team will evaluate your submission to ensure the record idea:

  1. Is measurable and verifiable
  2. Adheres to public safety and ethical guidelines
  3. Aligns with Asia Records’ standards
  4. Standard review time: 8–12 weeks

STEP 3 : Receive Record Guidelines

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  1. Official record attempt guidelines
  2. Evidence submission checklist
  3. Tips for ensuring your attempt meets Asia Records’ verification criteria

STEP 4 : Prepare and Execute Your Record Attempt

Organize your attempt according to the guidelines.

Ensure:

  1. Independent witnesses are present
  2. High-quality video and photo documentation
  3. Log sheets or relevant measurement tools are used

Optional: Request an Asia Records Adjudicator to be on-site (subject to availability & fees)

STEP 5 : Submit Your Evidence

After your attempt, gather all necessary evidence and submit it through the online portal or designated contact channel.

Your submission must include:

  1. Witness statements
  2. Full video/photo proof
  3. Supporting documents (e.g., measurement logs, media coverage)

STEP 6 : Official Verification

Asia Records will review all submitted materials to verify the outcome. This process may take 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity and completeness of evidence.

STEP 7 : Receive Your Award

If your attempt is successful, you will receive:

  1. An official Asia Records certificate
  2. A commemorative Asia Records plaque
  3. You will also be added to our official records listing.
