Two ways to get a Record
Self-Nomination
You believe you’ve achieved something record-worthy. Fill in the nomination form, tell us the category and record title you’re going for, and our team takes it from there.
By Invitation
Our team may reach out directly to organisations or individuals we’ve identified based on industry data and public standing. Both routes go through the same audit process.
Your Path to Recognition

Submit Your Application
Visit the official Asia Records website and complete the Record Application Form.
Provide essential details, including:
- Proposed record title
- Name of the individual or organization attempting the record
- Date and location of the attempt
- Brief description of how the record will be carried out

Applicatiton Review & Eligibility Check
Our team will evaluate your submission to ensure the record idea:
- Is measurable and verifiable
- Adheres to public safety and ethical guidelines
- Aligns with Asia Records’ standards
- Standard review time: 8–12 weeks

Submit Your Evidence
Once approved, you’ll receive:
- Official record attempt guidelines
- Evidence submission checklist
- Tips for ensuring your attempt meets Asia
- Records’ verification criteria

Prepare & Execute Your Record Attempt
Organize your attempt according to the guidelines.
Ensure:
- Independent witnesses are present
- High-quality video and photo documentation
- Log sheets or relevant measurement tools are used
Optional: Request an Asia Records Adjudicator to be on-site (subject to availability & fees)

Submit Your Evidence
After your attempt, gather all necessary evidence and submit it through the online portal or designated contact channel.
Your submission must include:
- Witness statements
- Full video/photo proof
- Supporting documents (e.g., measurement logs, media coverage)

Official Verification
Asia Records will review all submitted materials to verify the outcome. This process may take 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity and completeness of evidence.

Receive Your Award
If your attempt is successful, you will receive:
- An official Asia Records certificate
- A commemorative Asia Records plaque
- You will also be added to our official records listing.
